Cocktail, the project of COC for lgbtq+ asylum seekers and refugees, connects lesbian, gay, bi+, and transgender (LGBT+) asylum seekers with Dutch LGBT+ people. The project helps break the social isolation of LGBT+ asylum seekers by organizing social activities.

Looking forward to a delightful and fun afternoon during the Coming In Week? Join us on Wednesday, October 9, for a cooking session with Cocktail participants! This event is organized in collaboration with COC Nijmegen.

Together, we’ll create a worldly menu, highlighting dishes from various cultures. Be surprised by flavors from around the globe and enjoy the stories behind the dishes. It’s the perfect chance to meet new people and taste the diversity we celebrate!

Sharing a meal brings people together, and we also invite the rest of the LGBTQA+ community to connect with the participants.

As the cherry on top, we’ll end the evening with some karaoke fun! After dinner, show off your singing talents and join in for a cozy karaoke session. 🎤✨
